In the afternoon, for those seeking a deeper renewal, join an optional Temazcal + Cacao ceremony—a powerful fusion of ancestral healing practices rooted in Mayan tradition:
Temazcal (Sweat Lodge): Step into this sacred womb of earth, fire, water, and air to experience a traditional steam bath designed to release physical toxins, open the lungs and skin, and activate healing at a spiritual level. The warmed volcanic stones inside stimulate deep sweat and revitalisation, helping you emerge feeling renewed and balanced.
Cacao Ceremony: Following the temazcal, gently center yourself with a ceremonial cacao ritual. Crafted from rich, unsweetened, handmade cacao, this heart-opening experience is accompanied by a sensorial meditation. Together, they guide you through the four elements—awakening presence, clarity, and deep connection between the heart and mind.
Transformative and introspective, the Temazcal + Cacao ceremony offers both physical renewal and emotional clarity. A beautiful way to close our journey in Mexico with grace and presence.
