I am an Australian-based Trainer, Yoga, Mindfulness and Nia dance teacher, Retreat Facilitator and Tour Operator.
I am the founder of Vibrant Women Training and Vibrant Women Travel. Work that enables me to pursue everything that makes my heart sing, (this is code for having lots of fabulous fun, supporting women to change their lives and making new friends).
Addicted to travel, ice-cream and coffee. Lover of massages, sleeping in, sunsets, sarongs, sweet musings, star gazing, day dreaming, aromatherapy, nature and belly laughs.
I believe in giving back and meaningful interactions.
I am committed to supporting women to stay Vibrant in a world that can sometimes feel as though it is dulling your sparkle.

l have travelled with Tammie on many retreats: Bali, Fiji, Vanuatu and Port Douglas. Each retreat is a different experience with the same amount of care taken to ensure you feel safe and well catered for. There is always the right amount of adventure, local experiences and down time. The camaraderie between the women is warm and often hilarious. Tammie's organisational skills and attention to detail are smooth and seamless, which make for a most enjoyable experience.
The experience was very well balanced. Food, history, artisan insight, architecture, cultural immersion and self reflection and self nurturing. Generally a good overview of people and place. I went with an open book hungry to learn and be guided by those who had insight into cultural protocols of this magic country. To be honest I paid little attention to many of the finer details as I knew Tammie and knew that it would be an unforgettable experience. I have been successfully seduced!
I had a great time. The holiday was so well organised with lovely personal touches. The activities were well thought out with a great variety of things to do. The group was a lot of fun and I would love to travel with any of them again. A laid back, fun experience. Good accommodation, heaps of fun and good food.
I have attended two trips with Vibrant women. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and made new friends along the way. As a single woman I would encourage any solo traveller to give this a go. As I result I have many treasured memories, that are pure gold.

The Sahara was beautiful, the space to have some relaxing, the beautiful people at the camp looking after us, the fire and camp space at night and good food. I also enjoyed the Hamman and the restaurant we met you for lunch when we arrived in Marrakech was the best restaurant. I love how organized everything is as well as being fun, inclusive and being cared for.
