Flight Research Service

For just $35 AUD, we will provide you with flight options departing from your chosen city and returning, making it easier for you to explore the best travel deals available. This service is purely to offer you options, not to book or manage your travel. You can book this service via our website and then book the flights yourself.

How it works:

  1. Complete the Guest Information Form below.

  2. Request your flight options by paying $35 AUD.

  3. We will provide you with the best flight options from your chosen city.

Flight Booking Service

Should you decide to have us book the flights for you, you can add this service to your enquiry on the form below. If you already know you want us to book flights for you then you do not need to pay the $35 flight research fee, this is included in the $150 booking fee.ย 

Pricing:

  • $150 AUD for a return international flight booking.

  • $35 AUD for any additional legs, whether international or domestic.

How it works:

  1. Complete the Guest Information Form below.

  2. We will send you an invoice containing your selected flight options and our booking fees. Since flights are highly time-sensitive, timely payment within the stipulated period is crucial.

  3. If you request that we book your flights for you, once payment is received, your flight tickets will be sent to you. Please note that any subsequent changes or additions to your flight tickets are to be managed by you independently. This is a one-time booking service with no ongoing support.

*Please note you can manage your booking once tickets are issued, allowing you to allocate your seat, request special meals, or add additional luggage. We are only responsible for the booking service. **Please note if for some reason you cancel your flights, our booking fee will not be reimbursed as the work was completed. You will need to address this or any other changes with the ariline directly or with your travel insurance provider.

*Please note that if your passport expires less than 6 months after the start date of your tour we cannot book flights for you.
