The further in advance you book the better in terms of our availability, however we have a pool of trained Facilitators and guides so this provides us with some many options.ย Dates are based on availability at time of booking.*
Your group, your way:ย โ Our private group trips range in size from 7 to 18. Whatever your group size and type, weโll design inclusions that suit your unique needs, like meals, activities, photography experts, etc.
Book airfare with your trip:ย โย We can book your group membersโ airfare, insurance, and trip all at once. We work with top private travel agents to ensure that you get the best rates, and weโll find flights that match perfectly with your trip dates. Please note name changes cannot take place on flights.ย
Free name changes:ย โ We know that sometimes things get in the way and somebody in your group canโt join you after all. No sweat. Swap out one group memberโs name for a different name at any timeย before your departure free of charge.*
