Begin in Marrakech, where the heartbeat of Morocco pulses through vibrant souks and sunlit courtyards. The scent of saffron and mint tea drifts through the air as artisans craft treasures in hidden alleys, and the call to prayer echoes across terracotta rooftops. From this city of colour and rhythm, the journey unfolds into a winter wonderland—Christmas among snow-covered mountains, where pine trees sparkle under frosty skies and fires crackle in cosy rooms overlooking the peaks.
Traverse the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, their rugged beauty stretching endlessly beneath a crisp blue sky. On the way to the Sahara, pause at Aït Ben Haddou, the legendary ksar whose earthen walls have witnessed centuries of history and cinematic fame. Then, trade snow for sand as you venture into the Sahara Desert, its golden dunes glowing beneath a canopy of stars.
Continue towards Fez, stopping halfway in Midelt at a sweet local bed and breakfast, renowned for its apple orchards and warm hospitality—a refreshing pause before reaching the imperial city. In Fez, wander cobblestone streets that wind through centuries of tradition, leading to ornate doorways and bustling markets.
After Fez, journey to Volubilis, the ancient Roman ruins that rise from the Moroccan countryside, offering a glimpse into a world of mosaics and marble columns. Then, head to Casablanca to welcome the New Year at Rick’s Café, savouring timeless elegance and old-world charm.
Finish your tour with a relaxed morning on the 1st of January, followed by a visit to the magnificent Hassan II Mosque in the afternoon—a perfect completion to your Moroccan adventure.
This tour requires a $500 deposit, followed by two installment payments.
