After breakfast, meet your guide and fellow travellers for a briefing before setting off on an unforgettable road trip to one of Africaโs most iconic wildlife destinations: the Maasai Mara.
Settle into your vehicle for a scenic 5-6 hour drive through Kenyaโs picturesque landscapes. As you leave the bustling streets of Nairobi behind, the scenery transitions to rolling hills, vast savannas, and traditional Maasai villages.
Upon arrival, rest and prepare for the next day’s adventures at your accommodation

Rise before dawn for an early departure to the Mara River, where one of the worldโs most awe-inspiring natural events awaits. Youโll witness the breathtaking spectacle of the Great Migration. The sights and sounds of this epic struggle for survival are nothing short of mesmerizingโa once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Pause for a scenic picnic lunch by the river, surrounded by the raw beauty of the Maasai Mara.

After breakfast and check outย visit to a traditional Maasai village, one of Africaโs most iconic tribes. Upon arrival, youโll be greeted by the Maasai people, known for their colorful attire and warm hospitality.
Spend around 1.5 hours exploring the village, observing daily routines, and gaining a deeper appreciation for the Maasaiโs resilience and resourcefulness. Take this opportunity to ask questions, capture memorable photos, and purchase handmade crafts that directly support the community.
Bid farewell to your gracious hosts and drive back to Nairobi for dinner and rest.

Kibera Community Visit 3 – 6 pm
A bead factory: in Kibera everything is being reused and so are the bones from the butcher. See how these bones turn into beads.
A typical Kibera-house. Feel welcome in one of the houses in Kibera and ask your questions about day-to-day life in Kibera.
The biogas center: a fantastic view over Kibera and picture-point. You can see that human waste is not wasted here.

Nairobi City Exploration Itinerary
After breakfast at the hotel, begin your day with a visit to Nairobi National Park, located just a short drive from the city center. This unique park offers a striking contrast between urban life and the wild, with opportunities to spot lions, rhinos, giraffes, and more โ all set against the dramatic backdrop of Nairobiโs skyline during an early morning game drive.
Next, head to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, a renowned elephant orphanage. Here, youโll observe young elephants being fed and playing in the mud while learning about the Trustโs vital conservation efforts to protect these gentle giants.
Lunch: Enjoy a delicious and relaxing meal at Boho Eatery, a charming spot known for its fresh, sustainable cuisine and tranquil garden setting โ perfect for a midday break.
In the afternoon, visit the Giraffe Centre, where youโll have the chance to feed and learn about the endangered Rothschild giraffes. Afterwards, explore Nairobiโs vibrant local markets, including the Maasai Market, where you can shop for handmade crafts, souvenirs, and local artwork.

- Up to 180 Days Before Tour Start: A $500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be retained.
- From 180 โ 75 Days Before Tour Start: 25% of the tour cost, plus the non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, will be forfeited.
- Fromย 75 โ 45 Days Before Tour Start: 50% of the tour cost, plus the non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, will be forfeited.
- Less Than 45 Days Before Tour Start or No Shows: The entire amount 100% of the tour cost will be retained, as we would have already incurred costs for accommodation, transport, flights, and activities, which cannot be refunded to us.
- After Tour Commencement: No refunds will be issued.

Change of Mind

Cancellation Within 45 Days of Travel Date

Unmet General Expectations
โ Refunds will not be issued if the tour experience did not meet your general expectations, regardless of the reason.
Inability to Travel Due to Personal Reasons
โ Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to travel due to a medical condition or any other personal reason. Cancellations on medical grounds should be covered by your travel insurer.
No-Show
โ Refunds will not be issued if you fail to show up or the suppliers (airline) decide to cancel your booking.

Our tours are designed to provide a rich and immersive experience, which includes walking tours on some days. Participants will encounter uneven footpaths, stairs, and other elements that require good mobility. Therefore, we recommend that women joining our tours have a medium level of fitness. You should be able to walk up to 7km a day to fully enjoy all the activities and explore the beautiful destinations with ease.
This includes standing for extended periods in various climates, getting on and off transport without assistance, carrying your own luggage independently, and walking uphill and over uneven terrain.
