Roommates are matched primarily by availability. If we have someone willing to twin-share, we put them in touch with the other person to see if they think they’re a good fit. We cannot guarantee compatibility, although there has never been any real issue on tours. However, you should be aware that your roommate may snore or go to the bathroom at night, which is normal for middle-aged women.
Yes, two single beds usually. However it is increasingly common for beds to be made Hollywood style. This is made separately but pushed together, it’s a real pain!
We encourage open communication and mutual respect. If significant issues arise, you can negotiate single rooms with your roommate, depending on availability and the cost involved. (Side note: This has never happened!)
